Fitlicious Protein Pumped Apple Bomb

  1. Slice the top off and core 1 med apple.
  2. Replace the top back on the apple and bake in an oven safe dish @375 degrees for 25- 30min.
  3. Remove from oven and cool until slightly warm.
  4. With a spoon scoop out the cooked apple flesh, leaving about ¼ inch apple lining the peal to keep the apples shape.
  5. Mash the removed apple with 1 scoop Fitlicious French Vanilla Flavour Blaster and one scoop IBN Whey Protein Powder & a dash of cinnamon.
  6. Stuff the apple shell with your Fitlicious Protein Apple mix, and top with ¼ cup raw, almonds or fresh low fat granola.
