3/4 cup old fashioned oats, ground into a flour

2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon & 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

1-tablespoon molasses or Yukon syrup

1-tablespoon coconut milk powder

1-teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon 90% dark chocolate chunks, cacao nibs or carob chips

Prep Talk:

1. If you don’t have oat flour, put about 1 cup of old fashioned oats into your Vitamix or blender and blend it to flour.

2. Add all ingredients in a large bowl and stir to blend, then knead it with your hands into a large dough ball.

3. Scoop out teaspoon or tablespoon portions and hand roll the batter into ball bites to enjoy!
